the 3SI Memorial Day BBQ!
BOY THAT WAS A BLAST!!!! We had so much fun! This BBQ was arrange for all of us So. Cal people that couldn't make it to the Monterey Gathering. Seems like a bunch of us couldn't make it becuase we had a pretty damn good turnout! Ok, the original plan was to meet at Monica's and then head off to the Santa Fe Dam..... Well, the dam was SOOO packed that they wouldn't let anyone in. Appearantly, they stopped letting people in at 8:30 am! Well, back to Monica's, but first... a little stop to pick up some "supplies".........
Ok, Wal Mart may not be a standard stop for a 3SI Gathering, but we NEEDED a few things before heading on back to Monicas. Since we couldn't be at the lake, we decided to bring the lake to us!
How many 3/S nuts does it take to fill an 8 ft. wading pool? Ok, it may not be a lake, but it suited our purposes just fine!
Time to get this BBQ started right! WOMEN, REPORT TO THE KITCHEN! Hehehehe!
This is us just kicking back, talking 'bout fast cars and other, not so important stuff! Sun, beer, bbq, and good times to be had by all who attended! Boy was it hot that day! Time to cool off.......
