| Like most of you I looked at the Business Opportunities section of all
the local news papers. I looked at every Small Business Publication. I also went to many
small business trade shows in the surrounding areas. But even with some of the better ideas, the bottom line was just never as profitable as they tried to make it appear. |

SIMPLE STORY:One summer I was advertising a
race car I had built in our local county newspaper so I could pay off my Visa Card and try
to get a little more out of debt. That's when one of my friends, who I hadn't seen
for a very long time, came over to look at the car. He was driving a brand new Chevy
Suburban and looked very well dressed - especially since the last time I had seen
him he was working at some local swimming pool shop making $5.75 an hour and living off
his girlfriend. My friend had never been a real go-getter, in fact he was just plain
lazy! So you can imagine my curiosity about his new look of wealth! All I
could think of was how did the most lazy of my friends become the very person
I had worked so hard to become all my life? That's when I found out about the
Swimming Pool & Spa Cleaning Business. This was a business that had every aspect
of what I had been searching for all these years. This business is also a "service
based" business, which means I never have to rely on people to buy my
products, nor do I have to pay for expensive office leases or building overhead
