Uncle Steve shows Stevie (aka Bam-Bam) how to use a bigger stick to make a louder bang.
Stevie, of course is overjoyed at discovering the destructive potential displayed here. |

These two pics show some of the ways we like to spend our time. On the left is Sara and the boys viewing the exhibits at San Diego Wild Animal Park last summer. Sara's Ray-ban sunglasses prompted the nickname "Darth Momma". |

Ok. Believe it or not, we figured out what Will was doing in this picture. He had been reading several books on firemen and rescues. The pictures showed firemen in full regalia, including masks, etc. Next thing we know, he has donned Christmas stockings, a stocking hat from a teddybear (he's really looking out an earhole), and a batting helmet. He posed himself by his "fire truck". Note the Superman pajama top. |

Sara listens to one of William's many yarns.
William is 4 years old. |
|
Stevie is now 23 months so I probably need to update this picture.
He's making a noise with his mouth here.
Thus, the silly face. |

William is astride his wooden rocking horse.
The horse was carefully handcrafted by Will's Grandpa Bud.
Now we need one for Stevie.
Are you listening, Grandpa?
William is also wearing his Halloween costume from '96. |

In the second picture I'm carrying Stevie in his backpack while hiking in the local mountains, an activity we don't do nearly enough! I'm showing my support for the college football Nebraska Cornhuskers, National Champions in 1997-98. |
