This beautiful roomy chalet style home has 3 large bedrooms; king upstairs, queen and double downstairs, two full baths, washer and dryer. The large loft includes a sofabed, TV, pinball machine and game table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and all utensils. The living room is equipped with a TV, VCR and fireplace insert with firewood. All linens and towels are provided.

Terms

Two night minimum rental.
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be made by cashier's check or money order within 48 hours of reservation.
A $200 security deposit, $75 non-refundable cleaning fee and a 10% T.O.T. tax (Tahoe Occupancy Tax) as required by the City of Lake Tahoe.
Check in is 5 PM, check out is 12 noon.

Cancellations and Refunds; Full refund if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival.

Deposits; $200 security deposit required at time of booking to hold reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
