CHASSIS

The chassis is from TCI stage III tube front end, with the following options:

My friend Bob is building a '34 at the same time. I have benefited from a couple of his mistakes. First and most important is to assemble everything first and take care of all alignment problems and additional changes to the frame BEFORE the paint goes down.

Most of the time is spent during fabrication and not during assembly. Re-assembly is a breeze. I do recommend that you avoid tightening the nylock nuts into the nylon, they grip best the first time.

TCI recommends using white grease on all the threads. Chrome is very pretty but disastrous on threads do not even think about putting them on dry. I prefer using anti-seize which I think is even better than the grease.
