  THE WEDDING PARTY LINE UP

Erik Hunter, Best Man
I've known Erik for 10 years now. He's been like a brother to me. We have been through the best and worst of times.

Kent Hua, Best Man
Kent is one of my closest friends. He is a kind and humble man, which is rare given the sheer magnitude of his intelligence and wisdom. We suffered through CalPoly together. 'Nough said.

Katie Gerber, Maid of Honor
I met Katie in Dr. Turner's GIS class at CSUN in the Fall of 2000. We sat next to each other and suffered through hours of theme-on-theme selection overlay theory, "All You Never Wanted to Know About Topology" and other cerebrum squeezing GIS lectures. They say rough classes create the best friendships and that is true of us. Since day one, I have admired Katie's adventurous, take-it-as-it-comes approach to life. Thanks Katie for being a part of this special day in my life. (Be sure to oogle over Katie's ring...she's getting married May 18th).

Meredith Leonard, Maid of Honor
Meredith - Well what can you really say about a woman that used to race motor bikes for fun? I met Meredith through Katie, though I really didn't get a chance to really find out how much fun she is until we took a Remote Sensing class together in the spring of 2001. While I haven't known her for very long, she has and continues to be a source of support, encouragement, and fun!

Shelly & Jason Stewart, Ushers
Shelly is the reason Ed is in the computer field. If it weren't for her tireless encouragement and patience, he probably wouldn't have switched his major at Cal Poly from English to Computer Information Systems. In March of 2000, Jackie went back to Indiana to visit Shelly and study the wild "natives";) Both Shelly and Jason honored us by having us as ushers in their wedding, so we thought it only appropriate to return the gesture.
