Larry is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and is actively involved as a member of the national New Member committee, and in the local chapter as the Chairman of the Admissions committee.
The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is a professional organization whose 1,700 designees, affiliates, and associate members represent the leading industrial and office Realtors, investment specialists and corporate real estate executives. Members specialize in meeting the needs of corporate clients, serving as brokers, sales and leasing agents and consulting on all aspects of real estate requirements. Members form the premier global network in more than 800 offices in 350 cities worldwide.

Larry is a 17-year veteran of the Inland Empire, California market, which consists of the east San Bernardino County and west Riverside County regions (San Bernardino - Riverside - Moreno Valley). Larry joined Lee & Associates-Riverside as a partner and Vice President in September 1991, after a four-year term as a branch manager of another large regional commercial/industrial firm. Specializing in industrial, land, development, build-to-suit and investment representation, Larry has had extensive experience in dealing with the following :

Lee & Associates, Riverside was opened in late 1989 to serve the real estate needs of Riverside County and East San Bernardino County. The office currently has 10 Shareholders, 10 Associates and a staff of 7. 

The Lee & Associates Marketing Services Department maintains a comprehensive library of materials pertaining to the many issues and conditions impacting the commercial real estate industry. The department is continually developing and refining processes, systems and materials in order to meet the needs of Lee & Associates Team Members, and more importantly, Lee clients.
