There used to be inexpensive used tubes availible from tire stores that catered to semi-trucks. I have not had any luck with them for about 8 years. Lately I have been buying "River Tubes" from ads on Ebay.

The store by Ming Lake usually has tubes for sale. About $20 for rubber tubes. Plastic tubes are less. You can also get plastic tubes at places like Big 5.
