HOW TO
Please email us the following information. This is necessary for your free trust and annuity.
1.) Name, address, county, zip-code, phone number, date-of-birth, social security number and are you a U.S. citizen. We need this information for you and your spouse.
2.) Who do you want your successor trustees to be? These are usually the heirs (children). List the full name of each one.
3.) List names of children, living or dead, their sex, date-of-birth, married or single and date-of-death if applicable.
4.) Name of any deceased spouses or ex-spouses.
5.) List the name, relationship (son, daughter, nephew, niece, etc.) and the percentage each is to receive of your estate after you are both gone.
6.) Your estate will be left to your children by right-of-representation, which means bloodline (from you to your children and if they predecease you then their share to your grandchildren).
7.) The minimum amount you will need to place in a fixed annuity in order to receive your free trust is $50,000.00. Hopefully, this is just a beginning in your continuing journey to protect your estate.
8.) An annuity application will be sent to you for your signature and beneficiary designation. You may then send your check made out to the annuity company with the signed application. We will have the application processed and the annuity sent to you for your safekeeping.
