Baxter Projects

Phase 2 of a 12-phase project. Included new refrigerated clean rooms, equipment installation and relocation, support apparatus that involved extensive structural steel fabrications and erection in existing historic wooden bowstring truss structure.

Seismic upgrade to a biological products warehouse and an adjoining administration area.  Upgrade includes steel moment frame construction, installation of over 5,000 epoxy bolts, and seismic bracing to over 160,000 s.f. of roof structure.
