Inland Empire Utilities Agency Project

This is an environmentally responsible structure to be rated by the US Green Building Council. Occupy two new buildings located at the Chino Waste Water Treatment Facility for the administrative, executive, and engineering offices. The buildings will encompass 67,000 sf within tilt-up concrete building envelope. The project delivery is design-build. Pre-cast tilt-ups, excavation of footing and foundation, slab-on-grade, structural steel, rough carpentry and roofing system, millwork and finish carpentry, built-up roofing, waterproofing, insulation, sheet metal, flashing and expansion joint system, H.M. doors, wood doors and windows, sealing and caulking, gypsum wallboard, tile work, vinyl tile, acoustical ceilings, carpentry, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, fire extinguisher and cabinets, plumbing and water recycle systems, fire sprinkler systems, HVAC, electrical, solar panel systems.
