Ground floor tenant build out of Lexmark International, Inc. sales office located in the Summit Grand Plaza II building. Private and open office space for approximately 88 people, approximately 10,000 s.f. with exposed overhead construction, floating ceilings, curved and oval shaped walls. The space consists of two conference rooms with recessed auto projection screens, private and executive offices and open space cubicles. The scope of work included the voice and data cabling system. Lexmark is a major printer and copier manufacturer.
