Construction of a two level, office and audiovisual arena for a top-secret simulation laboratory.  Project involves construction of STC 55 rated perimeters/ceilings with extensive security access and monitoring throughout, new mechanical equipment and steel platform constructed on the roof, raised access flooring, all new fire sprinkler supplies, including a preaction system, and high end restrooms built on the ground floor.

Design-build, new structural steel building and spray booths. Largest in Southern California. Explosion proof construction and devices throughout. Extensive makeup air and exhaust air system, meets AQMD specifications. New paint mixing room, state-of-the-art laminar flow hepa filter. Breathing air systems with complex controls, monitoring and alarms. Several completed during El Nino.
