Renovation of an existing 2-story 26,000 s.f. biotech facility (lab and office) for the purpose of mitigating and correcting CBC and CFC code issues. Project includes renovation of three lab areas and adjacent office and administration space; addition of heating and ventilation systems; construction of new support structures; and installation of a secondary containment piping and collection system. Project also involves new electrical service and upgrades to existing electrical systems, upgrades to life/safety system, and new epoxy flooring system. Project was phased in an effort to maintain operations during construction. |
