New facility, satellite manufacturing and assembly. Construction of a 10,500 s.f. high bay, class 100,000 clean room facility. Structural steel frame with metal siding, roof equipment platforms, and 20-ton overhead bridge crane with an 82' span. Ceiling height of clean room is 75'. Building is supported on engineered fill with cast-in-place concrete piles. 

Installation of seven new air-handling units on the roof of a low bay facility. The project involved new steel platform construction beneath the existing units while kept in operation.

Installation and implementation of a new Northern Communications Telephone System and Integrated Data Exchange (a digital fiber network and PBX system).

Buildout of a class 100 cleanroom. 2,000 s.f. Surrounded by occupied existing cleanrooms. This clean room is used for manufacturing the new Indium phosphite chip.

Build-out of four MBE class 1000 cleanrooms over the last 18 months. Construction included cleanroom rated bridge cranes and a thermal oxidizer system.
