Consisted of building out 24 computer stations, and stage with full sound and dance lighting. Included a coffee, juice, and food bar. Television lounge with magazine library.

Re-built the gymnasium racquetball courts into a weight room. The facility includes state-of-the-art free weights and Icarian machines. The entire work out area is carpeted and mirrored throughout, and is enhanced with cable television access and a sound system. The state-of-the-art facility is popular for athletic teams, faculty, staff, students and Malibu residents.  Power and communication upgrades to the law school. Built offices and remodeled the administration center. Student dormitory remodel. Constructed a new copy room similar to Kinkos built inside the student library.

Complete renovations to the South Science Building involving concrete pits, refrigerated rooms and offices, which included furniture and equipment.

Installed vibration isolations, repaired cold room condenser unit, repaired cold room roof, replaced resilient flooring, installed chains for tank rack and repaired voltage circuits.

Performed renovation and new construction for the interior of a 15,500 s.f. high-rise office building. Work included demolition, framing, electrical, fire life-safety, plumbing, drywall, clean-up, ceiling repair, lighting repair, mechanical, HVAC and floor covering.
