Medical Center Projects

Repairs for a nine-story hospital building. Project involved concrete, structural steel and over 50,000 lf of epoxy injections. Included extensive tenant improvements, mechanical modifications, seismic upgrades and earthquake repairs.

Remodel of the laboratory areas (GI, Nuclear, Radiology) as a phased project.

Complete renovation and expansion of the Heart Surgery Suites and associated floors.

Installed vibration isolations, repaired cold room condenser unit, repaired cold room roof, replaced resilient flooring, installed chains for tank rack and repaired voltage circuits.
