This was the Ebay ad depicting the molds and the bridge ---
Arch Bridge Molds

The items for auction here include a set of molds for the building of a 74.5" quarter
inch scale concrete arch bridge.  It must be noted here that this bridge was designed
with the deck having a 1% grade to satisfy this particular canyon situation.  The
arch portion of the bridge is symmetrical and only the deck slants down 3/4" from
right to left in the picture.  That is, the opposite extreme verticals differ by 0.75"
in their length.

The bridge itself consists of 2 arch castings and a deck casting.

Items included in this auction:
Interior arch casting molds shown in the upper 4 pictures below
The exterior arch casting mold parts for the ends (also in upper 4 pictures)
The full size side template drawing for locating mold parts
Cross section
drawing of the deck
Spacer blocks  (To be pulled during the pour)

Items needed but not included in this auction:

Lower exterior mold wall for arch casting (80" x 2.25"  1/8" plywood) - Pic 8
Styrofoam molds (2) for the smallest center arch casting openings - Pic 7

These parts that are not included are simple to construct.  Two are omitted to
reduce shipping costs.

The bridge shown below was built using pencil steel and casting plaster.  If hydrocal were used the
steel would likely not be needed.  This was built about 15-20 years ago and is still in good shape
even after the severe quake in Paso Robles, CA which gave us one heck of a low frequency jolt
crosswise to the bridge.

Each interior mold is made up of 4 pieces and when the screws are removed will compress for removal.
The molds for the smallest of openings in the bridge were made of styrofoam and are destroyed upon
removal using a hacksaw blade.  The next to smallest openings are made with a wood lined (bottom
only) piece of styrofoam. which again is removed using a hacksaw blade.  These will require some
minor repair with card stock before using.

The interior molds are by far the most difficult parts of the project to construct and are the significant
items of this auction.

Payment by check, money order or Paypal is acceptable.  The shipping calculator can be used to
