Rates & Policies

	Smoking limited to outside spa area
	Rates are $35 per day per person for single rooms
	Rates are $25 per day per person for double rooms
	A rental  lease aggreement for one year is standard
	Rental payments will be due on the first of each month.
	Meals are served family style and generally at 7:30AM, 12:00pm, and 6:30PM. Special occasions times will be announced as needed
	Common areas within the house are closed between the hours of 9:00PM and 7:00 AM
	Pool table hours 10:00 AM to 8:30PM
	Outdoor Spa Hours 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
	VISA and Master Card Credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are welcomed.
