In the next update, I'll start adding summaries of each issue.

The Watch #1

The Watch #2

Cover: Tenlach and Mr. In-Between in combat with a flying energy being, while Candle and Gateway confront a gloating Brain Box. Text: "State of Flux."

The Watch #3

Cover: A collage of words and letters in different colors, sizes, and typefaces, apparently cut out of various books and magazines at random. Letters spelling out "The Watch vs. The Cut-Ups" have been circled by a red marker.

The Watch #4

Cover: All six members of the Watch stand, looking puzzled, in a 1950s style suburban street. No text.

The Watch #5

Cover: The Empty Set, The Amnesia Addicts, and the Oedipus Twins surround five members of the Watch (Gateway, Tenlach, Tom, Mr. In-Between and the Indestructible Girl). Liberty can be seen in the upper left hand corner, flying toward the scene. On the right, creeping up unseen on the Oedipus Twins, is Candle in her cat-like form. No text.

The Watch #6

Cover: Gateway and Tenlach fight the Oedipus Twins atop two adjacent buildings, while Mr. In-Between looks at a bizarre contraption. Text: "Oedipus Complex"

The Watch #7

Cover: The Watch (as "Project Skywatch") in 60s-style sci-fi jumpsuits. Text: "Elsewords?"

The Watch #8

Cover: Tom stands in the center, with the other five members of the Watch looking over his shoulder. In his hand, he holds the Delirium Box, inside which the same scene is visible, over and over, getting smaller and smaller each time.

The Watch #9

Cover: The members of the Watch, surrounded by dozens of people dressed as the Joker, are caught in the famous Batman silhouette. In the lower left corner, Merry Andrew holds a flashlight and a paper cut-out.

The Watch #10

Cover: Dr. Harrison stands calmly amidst the scattered unconscious bodies of the Watch. Text: "The King of Time and Space?"

The Watch #11

Cover: The six members of the Watch, plus Liberty, are confronted by the Angels. Swordbreaker is saying "You'll Never Fight Crime in this Town Again!"

The Watch #12

Cover: Close-up on Mr. In-Between, who is disheveled, beaten and bloody. He grips his pistol tightly in both hands, pointing it straight ahead with an intense look on his face. Text: "Don't Mess with Mr. In-Between."

The Watch #13

Cover: Six panels, each showing one of the members of the Watch in a mugshot-like photograph. Text (across the top): "Seapoint's Most Wanted?"; (across the bottom): "One of these people killed the American Dream."

The Watch #14

Cover: The Killer Elite (Bolt, Copperhead, Deadline, Deadshot, Killer Frost and Merlyn the Archer) stare malevolently at the reader. Text (across the top, above the logo) "They're being paid $2 million each to kill . . ." [The Watch]; (across the bottom:) "Plus: Who is the Coyote?"

The Watch #15

Cover: We're looking over someone's shoulder at a big console with several video displays -- a large central display and two rows of smaller displays on either side. In the center is an aerial view of a small island. On the left-hand set of panels are pictures of members of the Watch (Gateway, Candle, the Split Second, the Indestructible Girl, and Coyote) along with members of the Suicide Squad: Bronze Tiger, Count Vertigo, Quartzite, the Mirror Master, Hawk, and Dove. On the right are pictures of Brain Box, Halsey Walters, Dr. Vance Kazar, Cliff Carmichael and three silhouettes with question marks in them.

The Watch #16

Cover: Doctors Harrison, Kazar, and Bachsinger, along with Cliff Carmichael are seated at a long table. Kazar wears the Pandemonium armor. Carmichael is tied to his chair, which has a large bundle of dynamite strapped to the back of it. Text [3 boxes]: (1) "Dr. Harrison's Brain Trust". (2) "If their plan succeeds, they'll enslave humanity". (3) "If it fails, the world dies in flames."
