Option 1 - You go to a medical professional for treatment of an illness caused by the recent "bug" that has been going around.  The professional charges you for an office visit to give you a prescription for a new miracle drug which the FDA recently "approved", which is expensive, has a lot of potentially dangerous or discomforting side effects, and in general upsets the natural balance of your body's immune system.
