Each year insurance companies review their costs and make adjustments to the premiums they charge for coverage.  It is a never ending battle of balancing the premiums they receive against the cost of treatment plus the profits and expenses of their high priced lawyers and executives. 

In the long run, you are the one that comes out on the short end of the stick.  It is quite common these days for an individual's coverage to shrink and their premiums to go up.  At one time, many business were paying all or most of the costs.  Today, the trend is for the employer to pay less and force the employee to pay more.  This trend is not likely to change.  Is there a better way?  We think so.  Click here to learn about our approach.
